ORVANO began with a simple want: a room warm enough to linger in, and coffee good enough to slow you down. We roast in small batches, pull every shot by hand, and bake the morning's pastries before the sun clears the towers on 11th.
We're a neighborhood place first. Regulars know their barista's name; first-timers leave as regulars. No rush, no noise — just a good cup and a good chair.
We named it ORVANO for no reason other than it felt good to say — a little warmth in the mouth, like the first sip. That's the whole idea, really.
We'd rather roast less and roast it right. Freshness over volume, always.
A neighborhood place runs on regulars. We learn your order; you get a seat.
Good coffee takes a minute. Pull up a chair — the wifi's fine, the room's better.
Every apron in the room belongs to someone who knows the grind by feel and the regulars by name.
