Tell us what you want and roughly when you'll arrive. We'll have it on the end of the bar under your name — pay at pickup.
Send the order. It reaches the bar as an email — the same inbox someone is watching all morning.
We reply to confirm the time. Between 8 and 10 we may push you back ten minutes; we'll say so.
Come to the far end of the bar and say your name. Pay by card or tap at pickup.
Pour-overs are made to order, so they're poured when you arrive rather than sitting. Pastry can't be held past noon — if the case empties we'll email you before you set off.
